Well gang here we go again, and as they talk about evacuations here have decided this time to pack and go over in land. Hope it is a wise choice... Almonte Springs in a hotel. So will leave real early Friday am before Rte 4 becomes more than a Zoo. Hate to leave but having twice experienced events in FL. one a Tornado and then recently Charlie I dont want to play with Lady Luck. Funny feeling as you pack and then wonder if it all will be here when you get back. Having lived on the NJ shore as a child, I remember we had hurricanes, but never felt unsafe even less then a mile from the beach... but some how here in FLA feels much different. Having lived in MA for 42 yrs never felt at risk. Growing old is not a time for risks.. life is enough of one.. lol Will keep you postef by laptop if I have power ove there. Catch you all soon ...
