Hi list, Chickened out on my first hurricane and ran to Leesburg. With that, the storm turned towards there but fortunately it missed Leesburg and we came home this morning (Sat) safe and sound as if we had stayed here. :-) Diesel, hope you were not in Ft Myers. Jackie, are you okay? Looks like it went thru there. Ginnie, how about you? Brevard co got it too, didn't it? And anyone else on the list who I forgot, hope you weathered it okay. Now thundering so have to sign off here too. Dot
Thanks for keeping in touch. I sure was worried when you up and disappeared. Thanks to your daughter we heard the good news. I have not heard from Ginnie yet but she will write as soon as she can. We lucked out here lots of pine limbs, cones and trees, but we are safe. The news the next few days will be horrible, our prayers go to all that suffered any damage. Glad my granddaughter in Jacksonville was alright.\ Norma ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, August 14, 2004 10:08 AM Subject: [NJ-Memories] hurricane > Hi list, > Chickened out on my first hurricane and ran to Leesburg.
