ok so you know I have three cats and a stray who had kittens last yr and now lives in my library because she refuses to be sociable with my other three? and you can imagine the sounds I hear at night with four cats and an akita when it is just me because Lee works nights.... you know that christmas beaded garland stuff that is like a string of pearls but they are glued to the string so the beads cant move? well, the library cat--Medea-- had a piece of it in there to play with. The other night I hear this weird sound... it was like: BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP.... so I lay there and try to identify the direction and I realize it is out in the hallway... BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP.... WTH???? so I sneak out of bed and go to investigate.... BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP....... what I find is Myssi on one side of the closed library door with the end of the beads in her mouth pulling them under the door-- BRRRRRRRRRRP--- and then I hear --THUMP! Then I see Myssi getting pulled into the door-- BRRRRRRRRRRP---and then her head hits the door---THUMP! Apparently Medea had the other end of the beads on the other side of the door and they were playing tug-of-war that ended when someone's head hit the door! BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP it was so stupid I figured if the cats wanted to knock themselves silly I would just let them. All night I would hear it about every ten minutes.... BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP BRRRRRRRRRRP---THUMP just thot I would share.
