Hi, I missed the song. We were in NJ for a few days and couldn't access all of my email from my mother's cp. Lost some in the process. Pat was always one of my favorites and I wore white buck shoes at one time. What about a person putting out on the lists that people should visit her website and then she is selling information. She has it mixed up and it is alot of stuff she got from others. My brother came across it on ebay or somewhere and ordered a cd. She copied pictures from the Hackettstown yearbook from 1945. Some of these service men and women are still alive. Seems to have some of the names mixed on the pictures, etc. Also, she had other pictures which look like they are from publications. No acknowledgements, footnotes, permissions, etc. I think she has violated the laws. It is a memorial to her relative and so she is making money on his so called memorial. Doesn't sit right with me. I would think this is in violation of the copyright laws. I share with people all the time, but I haven't worked for years to have someone turn a profit on my work. All researchers know alot of time and money goes into this hobby. Don't get me wrong. If I know someone is doing a book and agree to send info that is different. Although publishing the lyrics of a song may be in violation, I don't think it was intentional. Everyone is entitled to a mistake. We hear and sing lyrics all the time and in public. Pat
