Dot and Betty, No I have never had it with grilled cheese or grilled cheese and tomato. Will have to try it. My mother never liked it and only cooked it for my father occasionally. She cooked it with saurkraut and caraway seeds. I have had it with egg on a kaiser roll as Norma mentioned. Boy, caraway seeds are expensive for the amount you get. But then so are all spices lately.
