Jerilyn - I am back from my Williamsburg vacation but my body feels like I have all those childhood diseases packed in one I had Chicken pox when I was in kindergarten - measles when in 2nd grade - no mumps -had mono when 19 --------Asian Flu along with my 17 month old little boy back in 1957 - but it could have been the first time when flu shots came out - For years I didn't get a flu shot util 1992 - now I get them every year ----Marie G
Marie, I wrote Jerilyn that I had the same thing they had. I caught it when I was in New Jersey. Is it a northern thing? lol. Thats a joke, but this flu type thing is not funny. Marie and all, When were you in Williamsburg? My friends were just there last week.They are Jersey teachers,and were off for the Teacher's Convention.I wonder how many of our state's teachers ever go to Atlantic City for the convention? My grandmother always went every year,and would take me .I used to think it was so cool to get all those free things at the booths in Convention Hall. I could hardly wait for it to come around in november every year!As a little girl,it seemed to me there were thousands and thousands of teachers there. Are any of you on the list NJ teachers? Jerilyn
