Marie, It has been a horrific week and we were not in the eye, but on the northshore of the lake. Electric restored last nite and phone today. Hot, humid week, let me tell you. But, thank God, my children and grandchild were here and all safe. They are moving in for the duration. We thought they had lost everything over in Kenner, but daughter had about one foot of water in her condo and son's appears to be alright. Winds were horrific here and lost most of our oaks, but that is nothing compared to what those poor souls have suffered. And it isn't over yet. Pat
