Number one, your not trying the best pork roll. Taylor's is OK, but Case Pork Roll made in Trenton, by Trentonion's is the very best. Second, the only way to eat pork roll is to fry it, and put it on a Jersey hard roll along with a big slice of onion and lot's of ketchup. This makes for a sandwich you could kill for.
