My daugher and her landlady are visiting Maine next week - the lady who owns the cottages never had pork roll - they are bringing her pork roll and tasty cakes - I suggested scrapple but not every one eats scrapple -Marie G

Just don't tell her what it's made from. I love scrapple -- almost as much as my husband does. That's one of the reasons we like NJ diners so much. Even my nine-year-old daughter likes it.
