It's funny you should mention Taylor Pork Roll. I just got back from spending a couple of weeks at the Jersey shore and while there I had to stop at the Point Diner. My sister wanted a pork roll sandwich but, unfortunately, the diner didn't use Taylor brand, so she opted for something different from the menu. After getting home I visited a new grocery store which just opened and imagine my surprise when I found they stocked Taylor pork roll! I always fry mine and enjoy it on an egg sandwich, but I'm curious about other ways to enjoy it. I tried it fried, with egg on a hard roll with mustard. I was extremely disappointed. I liked it fried on a toasted English muffin. Now that's good eating. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda Vible" <sahm1607@cox.net> To: <NJ-MEMORIES-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, September 12, 2005 10:16 AM Subject: Re: [NJ-Memories] Building A Better Sandwich > It's funny you should mention Taylor Pork Roll.
