I remember those little balls but, like you, I can't remember the tree. I had forgotten all about them until your post. That is why this list is so good. I know it wasn't in the fall but who remembers the trees with those seed pods like string beans hanging down. I still see some nowadays but don't know the tree. Anybody know it?
