Hi, We are supposedly on the outskirts of the storm. May get strong squalls or tornadoes. Debateable. Not evacuating. Couldn't get out now if we wanted to. Interstates are backed up. Read on here that they told 330,000 people in Texas to evacuate and the low coastal areas of La. The wonderful governor of Ms made some insensitive comments about not want people from La going in there and using the resourses they need for their own citizens. How are people from here supposed to get out if they can't go thru Ms? Can't go thru Tx, either. Duh!!! Hopefully, it was taken out of context. Pat

Hey Pat, We have been talking about you all afternoon. Glad you posted and you will be alright. Was thinking about your animals too. This storm is going to be terrible, we need to pray for those people on the road with no motels available. I know its insentative of the governor to say things should be available for their own people, but like here by the time they tell us to go 95 is all filled up from Fla. & Geo. people, so I kinda understand.
