Tonight I got egged -- but good! The occasion was my 62nd birthday, and the place was our Awana club at church. The girls carried out a Latin American custom of breaking eggshells filled with confetti over my head, and then they gave me a foot-high birthday card, a balloon and a humongous lollipop (out West they call them "suckers"). Then we all ate chocolate brownie cookies in my honor, since the club director is a good friend of mine and knows what a chocoholic I am. What fun! Doris, Glad you enjoyed your birthday. Being a chocoholic myself I know how you liked your brownies.
