Wouldn't you believe it? . . . that neighbor moved on, and the new people hardly ever water anything; and now we have drought-inspired watering restrictions that limit us to one watering of the lawn per month. I'm not sure whether those pussy willows, which need a lot of moisture, will survive that treatment. But at least we've gotten to enjoy them for a couple of years.
