    1. [NJ-Memories] Poem: Letter to an Old Friend

    3. ENJOY!!!! Love, Robin LETTER TO AN OLD FRIEND I take my pen in hand today To drop you just a line, To ask you how the weather is And are you feeling fine; And did you ever wed the one You always dreamed you'd find? And are there any children now, And have the years been kind? And do you ever think of me, The friend you used to know, And all the happy times we shared So many years ago? So many people have I met, Some rich and clever too; But I have never found a friend I liked as much as you. You had the gift of laughter true; You had a love for fun. You turned the rain clouds inside out; You always found the sun! And I have learned throughout the years How few they really are Who turn their troubles upside-down And hang them on a star!
