Ruth, I will definitely try this. I look for all new ways to spice up canned soups. I think the asparagus in this would really make it great. l love Clam Chowders N.E. or Manhattan. Yesterday on here got hungry and made cake, a no no for me as of many years now. So am I having soup today?, probably we love it.
