Tom and I also have tall old lilac bushes behingd our garage.I have to especially remember to go to the back of the yard and look for their blooms.It is usually the aroma that reminds me.Our pink dogwood is also very healthy looking this year.Good thing,there for a bit several years in a row, we were concerned it had lived its good long lifespan and was planning to bite the dust.
