Your fortunate that you can do the work requires for sump pumps and know what you are doing ---so many buy homes and don't know what is required -my son wants to buy the house he rents in Pennington Hopewell area - and it has a sump pump in it - so far the Landlord takes care of this - I told him before he even signs his name on a deed to be sure he knows every inch of the house and property - Marie G
