Marie, I now live in a rural area and the school regulates and sets up the car trick or treating. Parents, etc., attend with the children. Believe me, we are all concerned about child safety issues in this day and age. Oh, to be back in the 40's/50's when we roamed all over town and safety wasn't an issue. My concern back then was what I might do and my mother would hear about before I got home. LOL Pat
