Thanks Betty I am on my way soon to have lunch with Katie and Frank and do a little shopping. I still have problems leaving the house, fear of falling won't go away. I actually walked out in my yard yesterday and worried every step. Decorated the porch but felt save there. I cannot get up by myself, can't use the wrists or the knees, a beached whale comes to mind.
