There are many ways to enjoy it but my favorite (and lots of other people's) is fried with fried egg on hard roll. Also cut in pieces and sauted then scramble an egg in it. Dot

    2. Marie, It has been a horrific week and we were not in the eye, but on the northshore of the lake. Electric restored last nite and phone today. Hot, humid week, let me tell you. But, thank God, my children and grandchild were here and all safe. They are moving in for the duration. We thought they had lost everything over in Kenner, but daughter had about one foot of water in her condo and son's appears to be alright. 2. So glad Carl is OK. I am having a terrible time watching all the heart ache on TV. That storm at first they thought was coming to Daytona. It was day my hubby had surgery for CA. They sent him home that same day and had visions of driving in that hurricane. God changed the wnds and although we are safe my heart bleeds for those in LA and MS

    3. I am thinking of Pat also. Last time she wrote the family was all coming to her place. I think she is far enough to be safe, I think its 40 miles from N.O. Let us hear from you Pat. Hope the animals are safe also, you know us farmers think of the animals first.
