Ellen You should not have missed anything as the trick was making freezer type bags for sore muscles and sprains. Right now I'm having a lot of trouble with my feet so I can take one of these bags, wrap it in a towel and then set my foot on it and it sort of wraps itself around my foot. And like I said if you don't put alcohol in it and just use plain water, then freeze it, you can put them in your coolers to keep things cold. Diesel, I don't think you will regret it. You know you can fill one of the bags with drinking water freeze and put it in your cooler.
