Thanks for responding to my email. It was the only way I know it went out. Somehow I am not getting any NJ Memories emails again. I don't know what is wrong. Will you look on the bottom and send me the list owner's address so I can write her? Thanks, Dot
Yes, she will be missed - was so helpful to so many of us beginning genealogists. Very sorry to learn of her passing. >Guess we all like weird tales. I remember when I was G.S. Leader and during the fall we rented a cottage at Lavellette ?and had girls sleeping all over the place. My co-leader a great story teller, told them about the Tailagapoe, what a name. However he roamed the shore looking for his lost tail. The girls fell hook line and sinker. We would go for walks nights and all the houses had their blinds drawed, and the girls thought was so the "T" couldn't see in. I hope I don't see any. We have had rain for weeks and more for the next week. Wish we didn't sell our Float Boat. That will teach us not to complain about the drought here. Did I hear 7" rain in Jersey , one place. 4" where I used to live in Hund. Co.?
