Pamela, thank you for your email. Unfortunately I don't have those names, so big sorry! I'm trying to track down the Lewis LYON she has in her database. Very strange to have a site with an email address on it, but it doesn't work. Has anyone on this list every had any contact with her? Just wondering. Michel
