The vital statistics you refer to are from dead people, so technically they aren't vital at all. That's a fact as well. I can make up statistics off the top of my head, and they will have just as much validity as the statistics for a dead person- absolutely none at all. This bill is ridiculous, and I applaud and support any efforts to, so to speak, kill it.
