HI BEVERLY THANK YOU SO MUCH ABOUT YOUR BLIZZARD STORY IN PATERSON! I was born and raised in Paterson 64 years ago, as my mother was. Those were the days when people could open their doors to those in need, and sometimes those people were strangers. My grandparents were bakers, and they would give bread to the poor, to the men who worked for them, to anyone that was having a hard time. The only thing they baked was bread. The hard times were made easier because everyone was in it together. That is how I found GSNJ to be. Everyone helps another. I am a neophyte at geneology, and so many have taken the time to help.
