    3. Hi Ann Marie (and all!) I'll jump in and answer this question, if you don't mind! I'm so glad you asked! GSNJ is finalizing the details now for our big upcoming event. Rough details follow and I'm sure more complete information will be available very soon. And - you folks who know better - please correct me where I'm missing things! We are co-sponsoring the third EXPLORING YOUR JERSEY ROOTS series with the NJ State Archives. This event will culminate in GSNJ's Spring Program. Exploring Your Jersey Roots III will begin with five Wednesday evening lectures and end with a great all day Saturday Spring Program. DATES: Wednesdays - April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, and May 23 Saturday - June 3. TIMES: Wednesdays - lectures start at either 6 or 6:30 p.m. (I can't remember which right off...) Saturday - start time is about 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. and it will end about 4:00 p.m. LOCATION: Wednesday evening lectures will be the New Jersey State Archives in Trenton. Saturday conference will be in Trenton at the NJ State Museum Auditorium and NJ State Archives. TOPICS: include using the Internet for genealogy, military records (from Rev War through 20th century), using the State Archives databases (online and on site) for genealogy research. I know I'm forgetting several and none of these are the actual titles... OTHER FEATURES: Wednesday evenings Extended hours for lecture attendees in the Microfilm area of the NJ State Archives Light refreshments provided OTHER FEATURES: Saturday, June 3 Ask the Experts - Question and Answer Sessions Ask the Experts - One-on-One Consultations with Archives staff, GSNJ trustees and other NJ experts. Books and other merchandise will be available in a Vendor Area Box Lunches will be provided I hope you all will join us for this event. The previous Exploring Your Jersey Roots lecture series were sell out events and everyone felt that they were very helpful. Our Saturday Spring Program is one of our biggest yet and we're looking forward to a host of new and interesting lectures. The Ask the Experts will be something new for us and I hope you will all bring your New Jersey research questions. You can register for an many individual evenings or Saturday as you want.
