Judi, I did a quick search of the U.S. Marshall website and found their Research page [http://www.usdoj.gov/marshals/history/records_assistance.htm] which lists the different record groups that have the potential for information on Oliver Barnet. Maybe a search of ARC would reveal some more detail? Also, NUCMC didn't list anything directly for Oliver, so really can't comment on local repositories' holdings. Hope all is well!!
