Is there anyone out there that has worked with the NJ Surrogate court records for Union County? Especially using the LDS/FHC? The reason that I ask--I ordered thru LDS the Index for Surr. Ct rec. I found several names that are useful to me. The instructions say that then I should order the film containing the docket numbers that I need, which I have done. Under the same title it also lists Will, releases, administrations and unrecorded papers, lots of unrecorded papers. Will the docket papers lead me to the other papers, if they were recorded? If not how do I choose from all the unrecorded papers. There are no dates associated with the unrecorded papers, only volume numbers. Thanks Joan
