Howdy folks! In the course of extracting wills, inventories, etc., for folks from places other than New Jersey, I came across 2 entries for Camden, Gloucester county, in the volume covering 1814-1817 years. One was just of Camden, but the other was of Camden, Newton Twsp, Gloucester county. My question is: Since Camden county was created in 1844, and taken from Gloucester Co., does anyone know of any other townships or cities in Gloucester county which were included in the newer county, Camden? My thinking is, that if we can identify cities and townships once part of Gloucester county (or any other county for that matter) which are now part of Camden county, I might be able to create a list just for those entries which apply specifically for this region.
