    3. Maria, Since you are researching from far away. Give the particulars of the person you are trying to find and perhaps someone in the states can help. I just looked back on all the emails and didn't find the name etc of this person. I can make a phone call where you maynot be able to do so from where you are. Even if you can not locate any information you may like to suggest other avanues I can try I will try and forward a cheque and an application in the next couple days..for her death certificate in NY.
