Hutchinson; > Trenton, NJ, 1941. [NJA36] > > p. 29 - > 1788, Nov. 23. BREWER, Abraham, of New Barbadoes Twsp, Bergen Co., > Proved Nov. 1, 1790. Lib. 30, p. 250. My identification of this man: first let me say that I am not completely sure I have identified this man correct, but he might be Abraham Brower b. 1735, s/o Abraham, s/o Uldrick, s/o Pieter, s/o Adam. His wife was named in the Will as Catherine. She might be Catharine Vonck. The sons named in the will are Peter and David. There is a Peter Brower taxed in 1790-95 at Saddle River, Bergen Co NJ, that location and New Barbados are almost interchanable. Catharine Brower, widow of Abraham, married Petrus Bogart 11-4-1790. This will above was prbated Nov 1, 1780, just 3 days prior to the re-marriage. So for this fact I am not sure of the indetification. No daughters are mentioned. Best regards, Lilly Martin >
