I wrote to the Allen County, Indiana library via e-mail, asking if they'd mind looking up my one name (Langley) rather than bother doing an ILL, especially since I found in the details that the Index contains only northern counties. My Langley, a Loyalist, would be from Salem or another southern county. The original Index docs and films are at the NJ State Archives.
