Greetings all - I am enjoying being a member of the Nix list. My mother was a Nix from Sparkman, Dallas Co, AR. GP are Charles Alben(b 7Mar1898 Dallas Co,AR) and Grace Margee Dixon Nix. GGP were Ruben Christian(b 14Mar1861 Dallas Co, AR) and Mary Ellen Leath Nix. Children were James W, Margaret F, Robert Clarence, Leila N, Charles Alben, Virgil, Roy, Coy, M. Ollie. GGGP were James B(b 1835 GA) and Francis C Hudson Nix. Children were Rueben Christian, Cynthia, Henry, Mary(Maddy), Sally(Martha), Francis, William. GGGGP were Ruben and Emonrillis Williams Nix. Children all born in GA, they were James B, Ruben W, Milla M, Frances Christian. I have a 4 generation picture with my grandfather Charles Alben when he was a baby with members of the Nix, Leath and McFadden family in it.
