I had written Wanda Gregory and didn't think I was going to get a reply. It came in while I was out of town and my kids put it away for me---over a month ago. (Aren't kids great <LOL>) Anyway I had asked Wanda about Valentine Nix line and what she knew about his sons Larkin and William. My line is a Larkin, b abt 1821, married Elizabeth Prince. Also researching William D. Nix, from Pickens Co, SC, who married last Sarah Whitner. William's will mentions a son Larkin, don't know if this is my Larkin or not. Wanda seem to think it was. Wanda said that Larkin, son of Valentine Nix had married Celia Cooper first, then in 1850 married Mary Ann Foster. He had 10 children by Celia, does anyone descend from this line?Did he have a son Larkin??? If anyone can connect to these line, please email me, Thanks Kathy in SC
