Hi Kelly: I'm a researching the Nix family, too. Im trying to find the parentage of my gr grandfather Allen Nix. Allen was born about 1870-1880 in Oklahoma or Texas. He married Estelle Trotter (bn 1881 in MCkinney, Collin Co., Tx) in 1902 in Oklahoma Territory? Does this family sound familiar to you? Ive been told my Nix family was from Georgia and South Carolina before settling in Tx and Ok. Thanks, Karen Prince
