Dear Wanda and Kathy: I read with great interest the messages on the NIX, TANNER lines. I am trying to prove a connection between my WILLIAM NIX and ANDREW M. NIX. I believe my 2gggrandfather William to be Andrew's son by his first wife, MARGARET TANNER, so I would be interested in the TANNER connection also. Any info would be appreciated. My Nixes all seem to be from North Carolina but branched out to Arkansas, Idaho, and California. Wanda, which child of Andrew's is your husband descended from? My tentative line to Andrew M.
