We have been looking for No ke che waw no quay/ Julia Paundegaykawa who would have been born in the early 1800's and was married to Waw bo ge maw. By the estate notice we have, she died in about 1892 in Mescota, MI. Her children are listed as: Mary Williams, David Waw bo ge maw, Moses Waw bo ge maw, Mary Waw bo ge maw, Nancy Waw bo ge maw and Gab ash kun. Nancy Waw bo ge maw married my gg grandfather Edmund/ Penaysee Chatfield, Jan 24, 1874 in Nebising, Isabella Co., MI. Nancy was born Mar. 1854/9 in MI. When she married Edmund her last name was Hickey and also was referred to as Nancy Sajer. Could she have been married before Edmund at a very early age or was it just another name pulled out of the air? I would appreciate any information that might be out there in dissolving this wall.
