    2. Peter Land records are mostly very basic and are void of family tree type info. The records I found are a list of those accepted for allottment, a legal description of the land and that is all. About the only family info involved with land records is heirship. Wills and probates are so valuable to genealogical researchers as relationships are detailed, from a legal standpoint, and even parentage, as well as other relatives may be included.
