Tracy - all I have on Amable is the birth record of his son Henry. It reads, (translated from French), "Henry Dusang born the 18th of December 1824 of legitimate marriage of Amable Dusang and of Sophie Solomon was baptised the nineth of September 1825. Godfather was Henry Fleury and godmother Lisette Salomon." Amable signed so he must have been educated. This record comes from the St. Anne's of Detroit Exterior parish record from Drummond Island.
