I am trying to research William Massey Sr who was married to Julia Paquin. I am trying to locate his mother & fathers name and where they were born. I suspect the mother is Marie Cloutier/Lapointe of Drummond Island MI but I am not for sure. My dad is also related to Blackbird... his gr gr gr gr gr grandfather and the benessy might probably be Hennessey name (spelling} as my dad's gr gr grandmother QuisMoQua had brothers.. PayQuoTusk.. etc.. and one from that ancestor married a Hennesey.. there is more stories...and documented info.. a Hennessy became a police chief in Detroit area and the family lived once in Mount Pleasant... My dad's gr gr grandmother was MoQuismoqua... and her grandfather was Chief Blackbird. Her brother was PayQuoTusk. My dad's grandfather was a Robinson. His great uncle was Rix Robinson who married 2 Indian women...
