A cousin in Londonderry gave me a bit of information some years ago that i never followed up, that from an old diary there was a list of connected family names. Craigmile in Calafornia, Seavey in Calafornia and Eddie in Philadelphia and Chicago, plus other Northern Irish ones, Leeper, Dreane and Elliott. The Cowan family owned a small farm [still do] in a place called Burndennet, near to Donagheady in County Tyrone. They would have probably married at the Donagheady Presbyterian Church as did the rest of the family. I think they would have left for the USA in the 1860's or 70's. what information do you have on your people. Rob Elliott [in England].
