Hello list: I have just finished listing the over 50 C of I cemeteries for Co Tyrone including the names of the Parishes and Diocese plus a half dozen "union" cemeteries at the end. The cemetery list was derived from the History on Headstones cemetery map for Co Tyrone with the parishes and diocese from a Co Tyrone web site. Nothing new only in that it was just for the one group for study purposes. Frankly I was surprised there were so many, both large and small, and that so many have never been surveyed. What survey work that was done was cursory at best whether it was by JDS Clarke [hope I got the initials right] and of course the Journals of the Memorials to the Dead all completed about 100 years ago. This is fine even for the closed cemeteries as the study period is from 1830 to 1865. Now then: -- Q: in searching cemetery records as an adjunct to the Burial Registers what exactly is it that PRONI has that one can look at to see who is buried and where? Q: are the PRONI church Burial records in alphabetical order by name or parish, or church or diocese, or cemetery and/or by County? Q: what are the microfilm numbers for whatever it is that they have? Eric
