He was my wife's grandfather. My records show him as being born on 14 Oct 1867 in Beith, Ayrshire. This data was provided by a family member. However, I have not been able to find a birth certificate for him on ScotlandsPeople, the GROS website. He may well have been born in Ireland. Hi parents were George McLelland and Margaret McIntosh.
