Through the local Family History Center I was able to get a copy of the church record for their marriage a few years ago. They were married in the Parish Church, Parish of Drumglass. What I am looking for is a way to find dates of birth ( baptism ) for their children who, according to the U.S Census for 1870&1880, were born in Ireland. I have no information on them from the time of their marriage (Aug. 1854) until 1861 when Richard enlists in the Union Army here in the States. I have tried to get info from PRONI on other matters--but they have not been able to help in those requests. Do you think it's worth trying them for this? Thank You again for your help.
