Hi Listers, First of all I hope I am doing this correctly. I'm looking for the parents of Owen Quin(n). He was born in approximately 1804, married in approximately 1840 to Catherine McSorley. They come from Ardstraw near Newtown Stewart, County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. According to shipping records they were farmservants there. They caught a ship from Liverpool, England in 1841 with other Bounty Migrants on the Cadet. Owen's parents according to his death certificate are Edward Quin(n) and Jane Judge. However we believe this to be incorrect as it was information supplied by a grandson. The shipping records provided by Owen state his parents as Terrance and Sarah. Catherine's parents are listed as Thomas and Mary. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a marriage certificate for Owen and Catherine, circa 1840 or a Birth certificate for Owen circa 1804 or later . Thank you all in advance. Darren
