I forgot to mention in my earlier email that ROSS DEVLIN lived in Killeen, Co. Tyrone. I believe that is very important since there are lots of Devlins in that part of Ireland! Also, that he had daughters MARY b. 1 January 1827 & BELLA b. 4 April 1829. One of his sons is probably JOSEPH, who was a witness to the marriage of PATRICK DEVLIN & SARAH QUINN in 1850.
