I am a descendant of John Burton (1847-1902) who migrated from Carrowcolman (Parish of Clonfeacle) in County Tyrone to Melbourne, Australia in 1873. John Burton's parents were James Burton (farmer) and Isabella Taylor. I have been researching my family's history and more recently details of the life of John Burton and know something about his parents.
