I received the following reply As discussed, we searched Clogher Church of Ireland baptismal registers 1825-45 for any reference to James and William Hunter, whose father was named James. I can report that we found several Hunter entries and append details hereunder as follows-: 24 Sept 1829 - baptised Mary, daughter of James and Sarah Hunter, Nurchossy, labourer 27 May 1832 - baptised Margaret, daughter of James and Sarah Hunter, Nurchossy, farmer 13 Jul 1834 - baptised James, son of George and Elizabeth Hunter, Nurchossy, farmer 5 Jun 1835 - baptised William, son of George and Elizabeth Hunter, Clogher, farmer 9 Oct 1836 - baptised Sally, daughter of James and Margaret Hunter, Ballymacan, farmer 15 Jan 1837 - baptised William, son of Samuel and Mary Hunter, Ballymacan, farmer 25 Jan 1837 - baptised Catherine, daughter of James and Margaret Hunter, Ballymacan, farmer 4 Feb 1838 - baptised Francis, son of James and Margaret Hunter, Ballymacan, farmer Unfortunately none of these people are on my tree, but thought the information might help some-one else Enjoy Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
