Hi Jim There are no Cobain or variant headstones in Aughnacloy C of I graveyard in the middle of Aughnacloy. The Presbyterian church is Ballymagrane Presbyterian a little out of town and there are no Cobains there either. (neither does Ballygawley Presbyterian - I haven't come across the name in any of the Tyrone graveyards I have visited) The newspaper local to Aughnacloy would be the Tyrone Courier or the Tyrone Constitution and back copies are held in the local studies library in Omagh where the staff are very helpful. Sorry for the negative information - let me know if I can help any more Jo > Date: Tue, 17 Jun 2008 09:15:50 -0500 > From: "Jim White" <jimwhite3@comcast.net> > Subject: [NIR-TYRONE] Possible Cemetery at Aughnacloy Presbyterian > Church + Possible REgister for Burials in same > To: "NIR Tyrone Mailing List Post" <nir-tyrone-l@rootsweb.com> > Message-ID: <01b701c8d084$a5ce7290$6401a8c0@WHITE> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252" > > Hi List: > > In a previous email, I posted a summary of Cobean/Cobane Baptisms and > Marriages, at Aughnacloy.
